iMessage not working

Imessage is still not working, I was told the port was successful. Turned my phone off, removed the old sim, restarted and still having the exact same issues. Can’t receive any text messages, can’t send any text messages. Have no idea how I’m supposed to fix this. Extremely frustrated at this point.

Update Carrier Profile first.   Then Reboot phone and Reset network settings

Hello @NicolleDillon 

Try resetting your Network Settings in your Setting section. You can also try placing your phone into Airplane mode for 30 seconds and then turn it off. You may have to log out of your iCloud account, reboot and then sign back in.

only iMessage does not work? how about inbound calls and data?

confirm PM sim is the only one enabled and set as Primary.  Reboot phone and click Reset Network settings

If that does not work, go to Settings, and manually remove the phone number there.  Reboot phone once more and go back Settings to add the phone number there.  This will re-register iMessage
