open iphone settings / Cellular / Cellular Data Network / APN should show as sp.mb.com.

My account is still active, paid automatically. The data is always turn on. I didn't finish my current data as I can't use it. Yes, I restarted my phone, but data still not working. phone calls work.

@Bayarmaa does your account show as active? Is a payment needed? Did you finish your current data? Did you turn your data off in your phone settings?
Did you restart your phone? Can you make calls??...

If you use the PM app, log in to your account to see which plan you subscribed to when you started. See if you have any data for your use. What make / model is your cellphone ?

in the past I didn't need to use my data. I think it never worked since my subscription with public mobile

when you log in to your account on a laptop using incognito mode...do you have data available to use.

you have data enabled in Settings...right ? Is this something that just started happening or have you had use of your data in the past.
