I was messaging with an assistant. But now I can't see their reply. It says item not found. And I can't all the questions I already asked. How can I get into to the thread again?

It is on the top of the page. The drop down so click on the V to switch from Inbox to Sent messages.

It's just last year messages. Not today messages. Don't know why. Seems like I need to ask questions again.

Your reply from an CS_Agent will show by clicking on your avatar>Messages. There is a drop down menu for Inbox or Sent messages.

'Assistant' is just a bot.
Start new session; use clean browser, use computer, use incognito mode if your chat session brakes often.
If you have a question post it here and other customers will help you out.
