Hello, I did as you suggested me to do it., but still same. Data not working 

My account is still active, paid automatically. The data is always turn on. I didn't finish my current data as I can't use it. Yes, I restarted my phone, but  data still not working. phone calls work.

Usually, I have 6GB 4G plan. I have iphone 14

in the past I didn't need to use my data. I think it never worked since my subscription with public mobile
