I just activated my sim with data and the voice work so does the text but the cell data does not.
I follwed the APN instruction to update the info ti sp.mb.com and resetted the network setting.
but no cell data network!!
Phone is unlock and had data LTE data with KOODO before.
What am I missing

So, just making sure. Is your Data Toggled ON?
And, do your calling and texting services work okay?
Can you try your SIM into another phone to see if Data works?

do one thing Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,
and take your SIM card out and waiting for a 2 minute and put it back and turn on -This one is quick and simple.
what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.
or can you do try reseat the SIM card
1. power off your device
2. take out the SIM card,
3. wipe it clean SIM card,
4. put it back and power on,
5. toggling airplane mode off/on,
and do again Rebooting your phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

@Marek-888 you phone will certainly work on PM since it worked on Koodo before.
you might try to sync to iTunes (also able to confirm if locked)
1. Insert new working SIM - do not turn phone on (if SIM is already in, turn off)
2. Connect to computer with USB cable.
3. Start iTunes if it doesn't auto run
4. iPhone will switch on. Wait until iTunes registers it and checks for updates
5. Install the carrier profile update (if offered, if not, go to step 6)
6. Disconnect and restart.
