My cell phone can't call our, and can't receive a call. I switched my cell phone, still do not work. reset all cell phone setting, still do not work.

@Jeromeguo   what you need to do is to tie your new sim card to your account

Go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)

 

After you logged in, unsuspend first if you have suspended your service earlier.

Then click Quick Links on the top right and select Change Sim card and follow the steps:

I think the sim card was damaged, so I bought one new SIM card. How can i activate the new one?

@Jeromeguo  sorry I am a bit loss

 

1. so, did you put your PM sim card back in your old phone and test if it works like before 

2. was the sim card working well before you change to the iPhone? when was it last work perfectly (work both incoming and outgoing calls)

3. so, you can use your NEW iPhone to receive incoming calls when you try to call yourself from your home phone but you cannot use your New iPhone to call your home phone (ie, outgoing calls do not work)?

a couple phone no can call in ,  and I can call these No.. My home phone can call in, while I can not call out my home phone.

I found that Settings > Cellular >Carrier Service > Public Mobile Web, is this right?

@Jeromeguo   can you confirm if your PM sim card can still work on the old phone?  or can it work on another phone?

 

would like to check if it is an account issue or device issue

My account is active. I try to click the refresh button, still do not work for phone, but the data  does working. thanks..

using your laptop in incognito mode, log in to your PM account to make sure it's an Active account.

Try this....

if it does, on your new iPhone, make sure Carrier profile is updated

If you place your SIM card back into your previous device, do phone calls work?
