My cell data has died

I have an iPhone 6s, wifi and voice works fine. Cell data suddenly died last night. I’ve reset the APN settings, tried my SIM card in a different phone (data still dead) and I’ve rebooted my phone several times. The other possible issue is that I’ve somehow gone over my data cap but I cannot find in my profile where that information is found. What next?

You should see the above data add on if you still have data.  If you are missing that in your overview page, that means you ran out.

How in the name of God do I determine if I have used up my data?! I can’t believe how  difficult this is! Really not impressed with UI.

In your self service account, if you do not see the data allottment in your Add ons section, that means you ran out.  

 

You could either change to another plan with data immediately, add a 1 GB data add on (for $30) or contact moderator to renew your plan earlier.

@PDub  Hi if you have a self serve account just under your data and add on section if you don't see any showing then you have used all of it
