My auto payment did not go through, my account suspended.  Made a payment.  Still suspended.

Hi @catecameron there was some voice trouble for some customers since Wed.  It should not affect renewal.   So, check your My Account to confirm status shows active.  If your voice, text and data all working now, yiu are good

Yes, Mayor, my services are returned but I don't know what happened. There were some messages on a board that referred to service interruptions being restored.

The renewal is March 5 but that is tomorrow.  I topped up.  I check the cc info. I gabbed to the AI.  Nope.

Nope.  Didn't work either. 

 

@fastbodin you are a different issue.  Some PM customers have voice issues in the last couple days.  It is supposed to be resolved but look like issue might have came back to some of us.  Please open ticket with PM for further investigation 

 

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@catecameron is your renewal date supposed to be Today, Sunday March 5th?  If so, it might show supposed but just that the renewal still in progress.   Check the phone to see if you still have service

Try rebooting your phone by powering off then power back on.

Issue for me also. Can no longer make calls. That said, online it says I am active. I also restarted phone. Manually submitted payment.

When pre-authrozied payments fail, restoring service will require manual payment by either using a top up voucher or with your card in Self Serve or 611.
