@kiingzd_1 Good idea to clear web browser and try again incognito private mode there are cache issues .. also if your device has stored email and password the device tends to sometimes want to sign you in . Allow it to and don’t hit login can help and or try from another device or lap top

Hi @kiingzd_1 you could still login to your My Account if you account is activate
Choose to receive the login 2FA code via sms instead of email
but if you cannot receive sms, your service is suspended, then you will need to open ticket with CS agent as mentioned above

PM CS agent can help with changing email address. Please open ticket with them
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
