Forget to tell you I spoke tom my visa company. They did confirm its was taken out twice.you can see the info I sent you.

Can you confirm by your "account", do you mean your credit card account is displaying 2 separate yet identical charges, or your Public Mobile account is displaying 2 payments?

Can you confirm that BOTH payments to your credit card are also displaying on your Public Mobile payment history, please?

Also, did you by chance try changing plans recently or did you just recently activate here?

Is the 'extra' charge included in your account's Available Funds balance - if so, it will be used against a future renewal, best to just leave it there.

PM no is a self-serve online service so you can login to your account and see why the double charge. Are you sure that both are posted and not one on pending on tir CC statement?

 Verify your account it is possible that one charge is pending and will be cancelled by your bank.
