Hello. Can someone from customer support contact me? I opened a ticket last Thursday but my issue has not been resolved. Now i can't send a ticket, i can't chat with an agent. Everything is locked. Thank you

Thank you. But I opened a ticket with this request on Thursday and they still haven't done anything.

@Tatiana551 that error indicates the new login system is unable to link your My Account with your login e-mail. No worry, easy fix for PM support. Just wait for their reply

I can't open my account. My username and password are correct and I have been using Public for 2 yrs. But when i click log in- nothing happens. it's asking me to "proceed to activation". So i can't see my usage, my plan, my add ons. I need to do some changes by tomorrow but still lots of issues. Thank you
