Topped up my account on October 21 with a $40 voucher, should be good till November 21 but today November 1 my account was suspended. Did my voucher not go through? And if so why did my Public mobile work up till now?

Did you possibly deal with a credit card problem recently? Is that maybe why you used a voucher?

When is your renewal? How much is your plan? Call 611 and report back your account details.

Log into self service and let us know when your renewal date is and whether your account is in ACTIVE status or not. Do you have a balance in your Available Funds?
