I got suspended saying insufficient funds, I know my account has money in it, it is a automatic withdrawal, so what’s going on?

As RossN said, this is a Public Forum. Also, not a single person who has replied to you in this thread works for Public Mobile, nor is anyone here authorized to look into your account. Only Moderator_Team should be given any nformation, and even then, only by private message.

Do you have access to your self service account?
You can change your to your credit information in your self service account. Just to make sure it should be a VISA debit card. Public mobile does not accept regular debit cards.

@jmartz632You can add the information via your selfserve account on the top right hand corner. Click on Manage My Card as shown below.

@jmartz632 As long as services are working for you, do not touch anything and let the system do its thing.
However, if you don't have any service and you have enough balance in your account to renew, try enabling/disabling the lost/stolen phone option. This has worked for some people in the past to trigger the renwal when it gets stuck for some reason.

Log into My Account...does your plan show Active or something else ? How much is showing in Available Funds ? Has anything changed with your on-file credit card ?
