when you are that the 2FA page, click Didn't receive code (or Resend code) and click Send email to get the code
if that does not help, the you will need to ask support to help with logging . Just reach out to support agent by direct message:

or you can also pay quickly by getting voucher from Shoppers drug mart and then load the voucher to your account by 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone
