I have been having difficulties accessing MyAccount ever since I joined Public Mobile. They still haven't fixed it. I am not receiving verification codes because Eversafe ID system does NOT work correctly. Customer Service agents are totally incompetent. I want to cancel this service but I can't log into my account to cancel it.
I would recommend everyone who has Public Mobile accounts to CANCEL THEM IMMEDIATELY. Save yourself headaches!

more info please. Did you recently activate a new PM account ? Did you create your Eversafe credentials ?
