Hello, I checked my credit card statement recently and found that Public Mobile charged me 3-4 times a month. May I ask how is this going

Are you the only member in your family on PM?

If not, check your family members to see if they ran out of data and purchased extra data by replying to the text for extra data.

The only way to find out what the charges are for us to login to your account and check in the Payment section what the charges are for.

Boy…don’t people check their account on a regular basis? It’s like not checking your bank account to see all the transactions and balances!

@Yanannaj you should certainly open a ticket as @LitlLdy previously mentioned.

I was just curious to know if the amounts you were billed within a set month were identical or if the amounts you were charged were different.

In July and August, I have been charged twice a month.  In September, I have been charged four times. October and November I was charged three times by public mobile!

@Yanannaj  By any chance, Did you accidentally change subscriptions throughout the month thinking you were perhaps just browsing through the plans?

What were the amounts that you were charged?
