voice service work and just not data?
If it is the case, usually it is an APN settings problem. Maybe I know what phone do you have ? iPhone or Android?
First, make sure Mobile data is on and no data limiter is set
Then try Rest All networks on your phone. Also, try changing your network mode from Automatic or 5G to 4G and test again
For iPhone, make sure Carrier Profile is updated
For Android, let us know and we can tell you what to update for APN
