Hi PM community!
Yesterday, I decided to port my cellular number from Fido to Public Mobile. But, for a unknown reason, I cannot receive any incoming SMS, nor sending SMS and I cannot receive any incoming calls either using the new eSIM. The only thing I can do is making outgoing calls with the new eSIM.
I noticed that all the incoming SMS and incoming calls continue to go towards the old SIM with Fido. I can still access my FIDO account.
It seems that the process of porting my number from Fido to Public Mobile hasn’t been successful.
I already sent a message to CS_Agent to have them take a look at it but hasn’t got any response yet. Is this the right procedure to do it, to request the porter team to take a look at what might be wrong ?

Did you leave your Fido sim in your phone to receive the text from Fido that you wanted to port out?
