My account was charged 3 times this month

Hi, I found my account was charged 3 times started from 8 Feb,then 13 Feb and 17 Feb,it’s definitely something wrong with my account.

Let us know how the issue with multiple payments was resolved. Did they refund or give you renewal credits ?

@xcchlp1 same amount for all 3 transactions?? or different?? you didn't try to make any plan change or attempt making any payment on those days??

did you join PM very recently? like around Jan 8??
