My account says i have a balance of $253.25???

I have my mother on PM and maintain her account...i put her on $25 per month and either pay a few months at a time or pay monthly, went to check today to see where we are at, so the balance says estimated amount due on August 24/25 $253.25....im curious as to how this could be?  

has anyone had this issue with PM before?

any help would be appreciated

I just checked on the app and it says the correct $28.25 is due on August 24/25, so yes i am assuming that on the website there is a glitch, ill keep an eye on it over the next couple of days

haha, no way have such a big bill, must be wrong

but check again using browser with Incognito mode.  If you still see $253.25 on it, take a screenshot and open ticket with PM

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

must be wrong.  Can you check again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser as well as the PM app?

if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot using your mom's account (you can login as her and type on behalf) :

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
