My wife has account with Public Mobile. She was trying to make payment by logging in. But the access code she was getting was going to the number *******780 and she could not proceed further. What is the solution?

Eversafe ID password comes on *******780. If she says resend code, it goes on the same number. This is going nowhere!

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. Please remember that the entire Public Mobile Community can view your public posts. For your security, you should only post mobile numbers in a private message (e.g., to @CS_Agent ). Have you or your wife tried clicking on the 'forgot password" link just below the login fields on the website/app login page? That process should allow you to enter the email address associated with your EverSafe ID and the receive a code by email instead of text. Once you gain access to your account, go to manage EverSafe ID, and update the telephone number for texting security codes. Hope this helps.

First! Remove her phone number from public forum.
You can click on 'resend code' and email option should appear to receive a code.
