My Rewards

Hello everyone!
I would like to know if this is normal. I have a feeling it isn't because after my successful renewal 2 months ago my rewards are stuck.

Autopay: $2 (should this be $6 for my 90 day plan?)
Refer-a-friend: $3 (I have 3 referrals, so this should be $9 which is $1 per 30 days)

Can someone let me know if I have to contact a mod? Or could a mod check this please? @Shazia_K

Thanks everyone for the input! My auto pay was fixed by Mary and checking on the referrals. They are all still subscribed and loving PM. 🙂

Also to note if the referral stops using PM, you loose the referral - you only get the reward as long as that other person keeps paying

I believe you will get 1 month of referral reward on June 20 and the remainder on your Sept 20 renewal. BUT I have never paid close attention to my rewards as I consider that gravy, since I would be with PM even if there were no Rewards beyond autopay.

Referrals are paid out as your referrals renew their plans. It can take a few months to even out but you should average $9 evey 90 days with 3 referrals.
