I am transferring from landline to PM today. My PM can call but cannot receive incomings. My PM phone can receive and send message but cannot receive EverSafe ID. Without the ID I cannot login my account.
What can I do? Please help.

@miao123 porting a land line number into PM can take 3-5 days sometimes a week you just have to check phone each day until it’s complete . But to log into your account do you see option “ didn’t get code “ tap it this should give option to send code to email instead . If no luck submit ticket with support to help you gain access
