Hi there,
I have a 30 day plan and can call and text unlimited during these days for 25 CAD.
To my astonishment I tried to call the police to make an appointment to report and inquire regarding my lost passport and I got an error message: your plan, valid untill the end of october does not include talk.
This is by no means true! Please restore my mobile plan to unlimited talk and text, I paid 25 CAD for it and have another 15 CAD left for next month beginning in over 10 days. I am horrified this could happen.

Glad to hear it's working again now.
Maybe there was a momentary network issue and the service was interrupted ( glitch?) while you were using it.
Hopefully everything is back to normal now.

Thank you so much for your response. It is indeed just the police who's number failed to connect.
I copy pasted the number again and will see what happens.

Does calling still work for other numbers? Is it just the one number that did not work?
Are you sure you dialed the number correctly? Sometimes missing a digit causes this message
