My billing period is the 19th.
On May 20th, I got the 75% used text message from PM.
On May 31st, I got the 95% used text message from PM.
Now my data is cut off (got the "Login into Network") message on my Android 5.x phone.
But I login to PM and I add up my usage and get 487MB as of June 5th. What gives?
I shut down my phone and rebooted...same problem. Is there a technical issue? My Android phone also says I used under 500MB so far...thanks for any help. I have too long to wait for the next 1GB to start...

Agreed with @will13am... my android data meter is pretty close to PM, if anything the Android meter reads higher than PM.
I just set my data warnings in Android and it seems to work for me....

@yinlin, when you say my Public Mobile usage meter reports only 478 MB use, what meter are you referring to? Are you referring to the one in the self serve portal saying you only used about half the data, but you are getting notification that it's all used up?
From personal experience, I find the android data meter, data witness app and the meter in the self serve portal to be pretty close. I rely on the data witness app for tracking because it can do 90 day intervals whereas the android meter does monthly. I can't be bothered with login to the self serve portal all the time.

OK, I will do that.
I am using the stock data monitor app on Android, and the cycle is set to the same as Public Mobile's billing cycle.

Private message a mod, send your phone number, email address and teh above detals or reference this thread. they will have to look into it in the morning.
btw what is teh cycle you are using on your phone. are you using stock monitor or an app like data whitness or my data manager.
