If you are porting out of PM. Your account will close and AutoPay will stop.

@2Butterflies Your account login email and password? You'll need to contact customer support to change both the email and password after verification.

edit: To cancel the account, first you need to access the account and disable Pre-Authorized Payment. Contact support from the above links and ask them to remove your payment card at the same time. Or port out your number and the account will deactivate and close too.

You can change the PIN in My Account now. Email....is it the same email as you use for the Community??

@2Butterflies What PIN and what are you trying to do? If paying for your account, that can be done without a PIN if you purchase a voucher available from many retailers/gas stations and load the funds by dialing 611 on your phone.

Which Pin? If you can login to your account then you can change your pin there. If you had setup security for a sim pin then you would need to contact support to get them to give you that.
Is the phone giving a message asking for something?
