Hi @ruggey You got a reply from CS Agent? You need to reply the message and tell them the phone number there, not on the Community here
Or if you are not a PM customer yet, just tell them that and ask them what you want to ask

If you submit a ticket, the communication is via the private messaging system which is a feature within the community. The forum is the public portion of the community. The private messaging is the little envelope on the upper left corner. If you were asked, you should be responding to the ticket via private message.
