Since a few weeks ago my cellular data stopped working but I could still call, text and wi-fi no problem. What is my next step here?

Is this the first time you have dealt with that. Your self serve will give you an accurate usage amount, your phone may be off depending on several factors. some times data can get away from some when they inadvertently toggle wifi off or download/stream off of data etc. Your self serve will give you the best indicator of what is left and as mentioned if there is no line it means it is fully consumed.

But, it is stated they can still call @hTideGnow . So I don't think the phone would be blacklisted.

Check your phone's mobile data settings. Do you have the data limiter set? Has it reached its preset limit? Do the calendar dates coincide with your 30 day plan? Reset if necessary.

Hi @sammaboy1 try to reseat your sim card.
Or put the PM sim in another phone to test
If it works on another phone but not yours, check if your phone is blacklisted here:

@sammaboy1 - where are you seeing 25% used?
Check your self serve account under the overview section. If the data line is not there, that normally means you used it all up for this cycle:
Remember plans are 30 days here, not monthly. So if you are going by the DATA USAGE on your phone device, then you need to make sure the start date matches your plan start date each renewal.
If the data line does show up in your overview, try restarting your phone or preform a reset of the device's network settings and see if data works then.
