The name and address in that profile can be anything. Fake, pseudonym, real - it is not verified against anything. It is not ID. Technically it shouldn't be used for address verification but other entities wouldn't know that. Some use fake information to aid in defending against port-out attempts.

It says invalid city when I try to save changes with a blank city. I've left it as NewWestminister.

The city field is not used for anything useful, for sure not for credit card validating. It is just a record keeping thing. So, pick anyone close to you
