My Black friday promo code

My service is suppose to be paid on the 24th of every month and now today my phone is disconnected and my promo code is gone! When I logged in to pay my promo code is gone and I am being charged full price, How do i contact someone to get help with this? I signed up with the black Friday promo and it was for 15 months and i am only 3 months in

Please note that PM is on a 30 days cycle not monthly. The reason why your service was suspended. Renewal date is shorten by a day every 2 months.

You'll need to submit a ticket with a CS agent.  Also Public doesn't bill on the same day every month.  They bill every 30 days.

Auto pay can fail

 

To make payment and reactivate plan .. if you know PIN number you can *611 with a voucher and *611  no PIN needed . You can also do this by by calling 18554PUBLIC . otherwise log into self serve make manual payment and reactivate service and or update credit card if necessary
