Hi, I just purchased a 10 day add-on for US as I am visiting the US right now. I have previously purchased the same package for the past 10 days which I had no trouble with but has expired and I require an additional 10 days. PLEASE HELP

If you're trying to buy the exact same roaming add on, you'll have to get help from a Customer Support Agent, by using the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first.
If you want to buy a different roaming add on, then you should be able to get it yourself from inside your account.

@trixie56 are you buying the exact same roaming addon? if you are , you need to wait 24 hours before you can re-buy the same addon (I know, it's a weird system)
If the transaction has not gone through yet, you can buy a different roaming add-on, or you need to open ticket with PM Support to have them re-buy for you without the wait
