Not receiving activation code

I'm trying to set up a new SIM  I have responded "yes" to my former carrier.  I inserted the PM SIM.  I then was waiting for an activation code from PM but it never came.  Phone is showing Public Mobile on the top.

I need help

Sometimes on PM I feel like I'm going in circles.

you don't need any activation code

what you need to do now is to remove the sim card from your old carrier.  If the old one was an eSIM, dsiable it

Then go to Sim Manager and make sure the PM sim is set enabled and set Primary as the label.  Reboot phone and Reset network settings

check if the phone connected to PM network.  Test Data and test both incoming and outgoing calls
