SIM activated but calls/data not working

I have activated physical SIM last night, received an email that activation is successful, but call and data are not working at all. 
I’ve already tried to turning off and on the phone  multiple times and still not working.

you removed the old provider sim?

if you cannot even make calls and data does not work with only PM sim in the phone, it is a sim provisioning problem.  Ask PM to check
