Why was I charged for an automatic top up? I didn't agree or request it, I would like it refunded and cancelled for any future automatic payments.my Account Number: ############

PM calls Autopay a "subscription", it is very confusing and i dont know why they dont just call it Autopay to not confuse everyone, but if you dont want autopay just unsubscribe, then you will need to make manual payments each month. Hope this helps 🙂

if you never turned off Autopay manually, then it is not that is suddenly changed to automatic top-up.  When you joined PM, the account is always set to autopay, there was a line mentioned about it and you have to agree to proceed.  You probably missed it

and sorry, PM is a prepaid provider and do not provide refund. But you can stop it for renewing again next month.  Login My Account and go to Payment, Managed EverSafe id and turn off "Subscribed"
