I need help creating a "My Account".

You need to activate your new SIM to activate an account.

there are still many activations back in store and those customers still have not  setup the My Account yet.  They won't find they need it until they need to update their CC or until anlutopay fails

@Kalavathy   did you activate online yourself or instore?  if you activated yourself, you should have an account created.  But yes, if activated in store, then you might not have such an account

 

Either way, you can open "forgot password" ticket with PM Support and they will sort this out for you, open new one for you if not created yet

 

To open ticket:

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
