Good morning all,
I upgraded to the 15gb for $40 plan on November 6 and they payment was taken successfully and I signed in a day later to ensure everything looked good and it showed the new plan.
Logged in this morning and now it says my current plan is the old plan (3gb for $35) and that my next payment will be the old plan price.
Anyone have any idea why this is happening and how do I ensure I am on the correct plan and will be charged the correct price next month?

Hey! Just FYI, they have a black friday plan available now that's $45 for 20gb a month. I signed up for the same one you did but when i referred a friend today she found that one so I changed my plan over as well today.

@xopt1js hi you are probably looking at a cached/old version of your account,clear cache and cookies or use a different browser in seccret or incognito mode, sign back in and see if it updates
