Whenever I try to sign into my account, it comes up saying the page is down or unavailable for maintenance. Is there a place to call or something to get my plan changed? (Or anyone know how long it’ll be down? 😅) I’m fairly new with public mobile. I need to change my plan by this evening!

My account was down early this morning, but everything seems to be up and working fine now. You can try publicmobile.ca/selfserve . Hope that helps!! Take care

Try again
If that does not work, try again using Incognito mode as well

@kiramerrill well, that is because My Account is currently down for maintenance. You will need to keep trying until it is up.
NOTE, My Rewards works, so that is accessible.
