Every time I try to go to my rewards or my account on my phone or laptop is just comes with an error screen. It happens when I clock the link sent from the AI chat as well. seems like the website is down

Yes, I was getting this yesterday too. I see My Account, as well as My Rewards, works now.

first try to login My Account using Private/Incognito/Secret mode
or try login My Account using a browser that you never use before.

@kyle_77777 what kind of error screen? Did you use any browser extension like dark reader (or dark theme) or pop up stopper? If possible, disable them and try again.
If using it on Windows, you do so by running this for chrome :
"C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --disable-extensions
or
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --disable-extensions
And try to login again using Incognito mode and see if it works
If nothing work, then you have to check with PM support

What error screen? Try opening the login page using incognito or private mode. And try to stick with a non-mobile browser. Do you use password saving features in your browser? Let it go rather than clicking go.
