Hello, I do not recall the email address and password for my account login. Please let me know how I can proceed to login as I need to update my payment info as my credit card has expired. Thanks!

If you are locked out, You will have to wait about 1 hour for your account to unlock. At that point, you can try to log in again. If it continues to give you issues, clear your cache and try using an incognito web browser.
If you still don't know the login information, you can always select "Forgot Email or Password". This might help.
If you have tried all this and it is still unsuccessful, please submit a ticket with our customer support team. You can do so by using the following link:

you can get payment vouchers at Shell or Walmart, dial 611 form your phone to add them to your account for renewal. Then deal with email and password later when CSA's are not as busy.
