Hello. I just signed up and would like to switch to eSIM instead of a physical card. Is that possible? My order hasn't shipped yet.

what is the reasoning for having esim? if you're just trying to get on the bandwagon then no it's not a good decision.

It is more flexible with a SIM than the eSIM for swapping between devices.
You will need to purchase an eSIM for each devices because it is not transferable between devices.

Hi @RyanTremblay,
You can still register for an eSIM but that is done via the Public Mobile App. In terms of the physical card, you can try to reach out to Customer Support to see if they can stop it from being delivered but chances are that it might still go out. If you do happen to receive it, just give it to a friend or family and refer them so that they get a $10 discount!

Since you have selected physical SIM you will have to speak to a Public Mobile CS agent and they can help you from there. Please note the wait times are longer than usual.

Be sure that’s your phone is eSIM compatible.
