I availed a canada wide rewards and only used 50mins out of 500mins. Is there any way that i can use them? I badly need them since i have used up my regular call subscription

Hello there. You are right. The way I understand the process should automatically rollover to the add on since i have already used up the plan of 100mins wide call. But it shows that the add on will be usable only when the subscription renews which i find it not useful anymore. This time, that i have already consumed my free calls, is the best time to utilize the add on

All customers need to be using the chatbot or the app to open tickets. Customers should not be sending direct messages to customer support agents in this manner for the initital contact.

if you mean that you have used your calling allotment on a $15 plan, it would automatically switch to the add-on that is available.
If you mean your subscription ended, the add-ons which are available can only be used with an active subscription
