I'm been having lots of issues in the last 3 weeks with multiple drop calls, people calling get busy signal, and after the it drops I can't dial out for a few mins.
I restarted my iphone multiple times and still same issue.

Try 3g it works for me still get dropped calls but not as much service has gone down hill over the past few years

@katrin52 if you've tried the suggestions and it's still not helping you can open a ticket through the Chatbot and ask the agent if there is a network setting or refresh he can do on their end:

I tried all that.
I think I require a network reset as indicated by other people in the community

HI @katrin52
make sure you have the latest iOS and the latest Carrier Profile
and if you have physical sim, test the sim in another phone as well, that will also refresh your account
