I have complained multiple times about all this Eversafe and 2FA nonsense but today I ended up with a new issue

I logged into my existing account (active under Public for a very long time, even before Telus takeover)
Eversafe prompts AGAIN for the 2FA (I don't know why there is a trust this box since it ALWAYS asks)
I did NOT register today and am using my original email and password
Once login and 2FA complete it then prompts me to choose my userid
Weird... I type in my userid (kav2001c) and it says nope that name is already taken I need to choose a new one
So ... somehow I have a brand new account (never registered for) and beyond the annoyance of losing all my badges / post history etc
Is there any way to verify that my community id is even linked to my cell phone anymore???
And seriously WHAT is going on over there... it seems every 3 months when I attempt to login something else is broken / messed up these days

To be fair I have had a TON of issues with Eversafe in my last renewal periods
And since 90 day plan I dont login so often so maybe

They can merge your new and old account. I thought this was resolved from when they first migrated to eversafe as it was a very common issue back then.

this issue usually resolvable if you use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login again. Please try
if that does not help, submit a ticket with CS agent:
