Mozilla browser has issues with Public Mobile Community?

Hi all,

I have been logging into the community with web browser Mozilla Firefox.

It always freezes up my entire window and to shut it down is very difficult.

I was wondering if anyone else has this problem with Mozilla Firefox?

I am using Microsoft Edge for this message.  Using Edge I have no problems.

Thanks in advance for any Mozilla advice or I may just have to switch to Edge for this community.

I have issues with mozilla based browsers.  On the phone, I use firefox and on the PC I use seamonkey.

I've had no such issues with FireFox, and I use it all the time, but then I also have no extensions installed either, so it wouldn't surprise me if an extension was causing the issue.

I find Mozilla crashes once a week I just shut everything down do a hard reset and start all over again.

Just tested in private mode, the issue is still exists

what happens when you use private mode for firefox?

same issue here, im using i7-9700K, GTX1080, 64GB RAM.

looks like firefox has this kind of issues on multi website sometimes, not just on PM. maybe use chrome for better experience.

@throwinbombs   I also use FF browser all the time and don't experience any particular issue.  Do you have the most up to date version of Firefox.  Maybe you need to update?

Andy; I've used Firefox exclusively and had no problem...so far. The website can be slow-ish...but never the kind of symptom you've described.
