Where can I find the official receipt for my latest purchase?

What did you purchase?
If it's sim or sim activation you received an email, search for public mobile and check your spam.
If it's 'monthly' payment, you will need to request receipt from moderators as outlined above. Give it 30 days or so. https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/

@tatidramati Public Mobile does not provide official receipts. You can use your credit card statement or the voucher receipt.
If you still need a receipt you need to submit a request via a ticket. But best to wait until the end of the year and ask for the entire year.
To submit a ticket click on the ? bottom right of your screen and type in mod.

If you want an official receipt then you need to submit a ticket to a moderator. Click on the question mark on the bottom right corner.
Also include the following information:
First name:
Last name:
Street address:
Suite/Apartment (if applicable):
City:
Province:
Postal Code:
Customer phone number
Account #
Email address (if possible):
Requested Month / Period
Amount paid
