Moving Freedom number to an existing PM account

My friend have a Freedom account & number plus a PM account & number.

He want to keep the PM account and wants to keep the Freedom number. Then cancel his Freedom account and replace his old PM number with his Freedom number.

Is it possible to move his Freedom number to the PM number?

I am not sure if this can be done so that is why I am posting his question here.

Thanks, I wasn't sure for this was the case. I also assume he will have to reply to the text with YES within 90 minutes with the Freedom SIM in his phone.

He wants to keep his PM account so he won't loss his current rewards.

All his friends use his Freedom number and not jus PM number.

Would you friend benefit by opening a brand new PM account and porting their Freedom number to it to get one of the cheaper plans for new activations only?

check if it can be ported into PM first

If it says yes, all he needs to do is to login to My Account, go to Profile page, click Transfer phone number and enter the Freedom account number and the phone number.  Just a reminder, after the port is done, the PM old number would be gone

and of course, the Freedom number needs to be active and the Freedom account will be closed after the porting is done
