Monthly loyalty reward points?

I was under the impression that under the new points program that PM awarded 10 points on your anniversary but as I just joined on last week I received an email today to participate in a survey. Below was one of the questions:

Maybe the company carrying out the surveys on PM's behalf have not been updated on the types of points awarded?

There's a good reason to ask the escalations department for the loyalty points that were tpyanked away from legacy rewards customers before the announcement of the retirement of the legacy rewards program.

yes, just 10 points annually and no more monthly loyalty.  The form is too old for that.

you can complete the form and make a note at the end, there should be a box about what else in your mind
