Monthly debits with no problem till now. I just updated credit card info. Was that the problem ?

@cizumi , renewals do fail from time to time out of no fault of the customer.  If updating the credit card information resolved the problem, great.  That may or not be the real source of the issue.

Do you have services - calling/texting/data?

If you do not have services, make a top up payment in your SELF SERVE or by calling 611, then hit the RESUME option under the lost/stolen feature. Reboot your phone.
