No more monetary rewards! Now you get 5% off your bill back in points, 10 points at anniversary and 1 point for every referral. If you participate in Community few more points could be awarded.

When you collect 15+ points you have to manually convert them to $15, it will not be automatic applied toward your bill.

@KS59  , yes that is correct.  As of May there are no more automatic monthly rewards.  We all have to pay our plan in full now.

Sadly and embarrassingly Public Mobile removed everyone's monthly credits they EARNED. There is a very large thread about it.

You are encouraged to file a complaint with the CCTS with regards to your loss of earned credits.

you were likely on the old Rewards program which reduced your plan costs. As of May, they took Rewards away and replaced with Points. You now pay full cost everytime, but get points based on 5% of your plan cost. Once you have accumulated 15 points you can use 'em to pay your regular plan, add-ons or contests.

The Legacy Rewards are now no longer and everyone is being moved to Public Points.
