Have you attempted to renew via private browsing mode or incognito mode, depending on your browser? Cookies and saved files can cause problems behind the scenes.

Anybody else have ideas ? Apparently the moderators like to take 2 hour breaks between responses and im fresh out of ideas.

When i try that it tells me to add a payment voucher. I already have 79.00 in the account which is more than enough.

You may need to manually activate the account again. Go into the plan tab and scroll to the bottom and see if there is an option to renew plan.
